THE PRIME CURRENT offers professional luxury interior design services tailored to commercial and residential projects. Services offered under written client agreements may include:

• Conceptual interior design, mood boards, color palette selection, and spatial layout development.
• 2D floor planning, elevation drawings, custom joinery conceptualization, and photorealistic 3D rendering.
• Specification and procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).
• On-site design administration, styling, trade coordination, and installation direction.

All design concepts and procurement lists are presented via formal proposals. The Client must provide written or digital approval on each proposal before items are ordered or site work proceeds.

Included Revisions: Unless otherwise specified in the scope of work, each phase includes up to two (2) complimentary rounds of minor design revisions. Requesting major conceptual changes after approval will incur additional design fees billed at the firm's hourly standard rate.

Design Retainer: An upfront non-refundable retainer is required upon agreement execution to secure design bandwidth and initiate conceptual development.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable upon receipt. Unpaid invoices outstanding past 15 calendar days will be subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Taxes & Freight: Applicable sales taxes, shipping, customs duties, warehousing, and installation charges are the responsibility of the Client and billed accordingly.

100% upfront payment is required for all furniture, lighting, fabrics, and custom items prior to purchase order placement with manufacturers.

Lead Times & Third Parties: Vendor lead times provided are estimates. THE PRIME CURRENT is not liable for manufacturer supply chain delays, freight damage, or discontinued product lines. All white-glove receiving and inspection will be managed via designated receiving warehouses.

The Client is responsible for securing all building permits, HOA/co-op approvals, structural sign-offs, and landlord clearances required for renovation or installation.

Unrestricted access to the job site during business hours must be made available to the firm and its representatives to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Design retainers and hourly design fees are non-refundable. Custom ordered merchandise, bespoke cabinetry, or cut-to-order fabrics cannot be canceled or returned once vendor production has commenced.

Project Holds: Projects placed on hold by the Client exceeding 60 consecutive calendar days may be subject to a contract reactivation fee and updated fee schedules prior to work resumption.

All drawings, renderings, concepts, and specifications remain the intellectual property of THE PRIME CURRENT. Documents are licensed solely for the specific client project site and may not be reused or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.

Photography & Portfolio: The firm reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio usage, marketing campaigns, and press releases. Client anonymity is strictly maintained; no specific location details or full names will be published.

THE PRIME CURRENT offers no direct product warranties; manufacturer express warranties apply directly to all products purchased. General contractors and trade sub-contractors are independent entities hired directly by the Client.

The firm's maximum legal liability for any claim shall not exceed the cumulative sum of interior design fees actually received by the firm for the designated project scope.

We respect client privacy. All personal details, financial documentation, and security configurations shared during design consultations remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with non-essential third parties.

These terms are governed by regional laws where THE PRIME CURRENT studio is registered. Any dispute shall first undergo formal good-faith mediation prior to entering binding arbitration or legal court proceedings.
